The godfather with some amazing consistency, experience, and great analogies only a PC grad could bring. Thanks for sharing, gmoney.

Rob: "The belly fat gain says stress of some sort - blood sugar dysregulation or another stress (sickness?)."

Question: Is there a way to "diagnose" what kind of stress is going on and how to avoid/correct it?

In most cases we can point the finger at the equation and say "that's the issue." But you could analyze the diet, lifestyle, perceived blood sugar balance, overall health (especially gut health), pharma usage, temp/pulse, exercise used (frequency/duration/type, etc), work/home/relationship aspects, where you live, and time of the year to create a game plan for stress reduction. Creating awareness of the stressors would be the first step followed by modification of some sort. One overlooked stressor that will cause chronic rises in cortisol is endotoxin.

I guess it can sound that way, but analyzing the stressors and creating awareness about them allows you to start to play around and finetune the factors to create the result you're looking for. This is not an overnight process as gmoney's posts displays. He's at a point 3 years into the process where he feels great 24/7 but it takes effort, knowledge, tracking self, and lots of finetuning.

Guys my temperatures are all over the place (LOW) from one day to the next. Is it likely im doing something wrong? Had almost zero carbed for 8 months before adding back in sugar over last 6 weeks or so. Been taking temps for 2 week.s Is this normal behaviour when you first start?

Have you had any stability with your temperature/pulse, Reece?
