Hypothalamus stimulates pituitary to secrete ACTH
Secretion of corticoids by adrenal cortex
Secretion of adrenaline by adrenal medulla
Adrenal enlargement
Atrophy of thymus and lymph nodes
Inhibition of inflammatory reactions
Production of sugar
Development of peptic ulcers in stomach and intestines
